Career Progression

Cutting Edge Technology

Start with 6 months of professional training within our sales team, learning everything you need to know about menswear, customer service, and the AI-driven tailoring process. After this, you’ll be promoted to a Junior Stylist and will have the opportunity to progress into a Senior Stylist role.

Part of the THDR Group, a fashion technology startup, THEODORE has access and utilises the most cutting edge technologies available in the fashion industry today. This includes our Artificial Intelligence platforms, and the feedback from our team assists in further development.

What the program looks like

Phase 1: Trainee Stylist

As a Trainee Stylist, you’ll be fully immersed in THDR’s operations, spending 6 months training alongside our expert team. During this time, you’ll:

Receive hands-on training in styling, client consultation, and custom suit fitting.

Gain in-depth knowledge of our AI-driven design process, which allows us to craft custom menswear with a perfect fit, every time.

Be embedded into the sales team, learning how to build client relationships and understand their unique styling needs.

Phase 2: Junior Stylist

After completing your initial 6-month training, you’ll transition into a Junior Stylist role, where you’ll:

Provide styling services to top-tier clients and celebrities, using THDR’s bespoke custom suits.

Continue to hone your craft with ongoing mentorship, further training, and increased responsibilities.

Travel regularly to key fashion cities, attending pop-up events and furthering your exposure to global trends and the international fashion scene.

Phase 3: Senior Stylist

After gaining experience and demonstrating your expertise as a Junior Stylist, you’ll have the opportunity to move up to a Senior Stylist position, where you’ll:

Take charge of high-profile styling sessions, offering tailored advice to clients and representing THDR at key events.

Share your knowledge and help guide the next generation of stylists in the program.

Build strong, lasting relationships with top-tier clients, further elevating THDR’s reputation in the fashion world.
