Design
Anthracite is coal-dark grey, one step off black and more forgiving in daylight. The English Street cuts it in a wool twill with mohair through the weave: the diagonal gives the cloth body, the mohair a faint dry lustre that reads as depth rather than shine.

Steam rather than wash, and press under a cloth. Rest it a day between wears on a shaped hanger. Dry-clean sparingly; once or twice a season is plenty.
