Ivory jacket in a wool, polyester and cellulose blend at 360 grams to the metre, with a three-button front, side vents and a 2.5 cm open stitch along the hem. A heavy off-white for the cold months, over a dark knit or a grey roll neck.
A fused front rather than a canvas, with an unpadded natural shoulder, so the jacket holds a clean line while staying light in feel. Cut to your measurements.

Steam rather than wash, and press under a cloth. Rest it a day between wears on a shaped hanger. Dry-clean sparingly; once or twice a season is plenty.
