Grey trousers in a pure wool herringbone, a mid grey with a little warmth in it. The herringbone is small and tonal: close up you see the weave, and from across a room it reads as a quiet stripe.
The leg is cut wide, with a single box pleat on each side, 4.4 cm deep, to give the thigh room. The waistband is cut in one with the trouser, with no seam at the waist, and closes on a hook with no extension above a button fly. There are belt loops, and the back pockets are double besom with a button. An older shape of trouser, to wear with a tucked-in knit, or a soft shirt and loafers. Cut to your measurements.
