Ready-to-wear or “fast fashion” produces a significant amount of waste, a large portion of which ends up in landfill. Creating high-quality garments that aremade to order and made to last is oneof the key ways we help make the planet a better, more sustainable place to live. Our garments avoid overproduction wastefulness. We aim for natural fibres during production, cut on demand and design to be worn and re-worn.
MATERIALS
WE BELIEVE IN NATURAL FIBRES
The greatest impact on the environment comes from the materials we source. That is exactly where we have directed our attention and why we strongly believe in using natural, renewable materials, such as wool and cotton, produced in the fairest way possible.
BEST PRACTICES
OUR PROCESSES
Transportation
After calculating how much CO2 is created in the production of a single garment, we realised transportation is just a slice of our emissions and far from our most impactful area. Regardless, we see a significant opportunity to reduce our footprint.
Packaging
We are commited to only be packaging when necessary and avoiding the use of plastic. When plastic is absolutely necessary, we will opt for recycled options. Our POS materials will also be redesigned for optimal printing on recycled and certified materials.
