Light khaki polo in a piqué of 72.7% cotton and 27.3% polyester, at 200 to 210 grams to the metre. Piqué is the traditional polo cloth, a fine textured knit, and this khaki is a pale stone shade: light enough for summer, and quiet beside navy, olive, white or brown.
A spread collar with 6.5 cm points sits on a collar stand that closes with its own button, and the collar and placket are both interfaced to hold their shape. The placket is 2.8 cm wide, with two buttons below the collar button. The short sleeves finish in a plain 2.5 cm turned hem, the straight hem is double-stitched with no side vents, and the back is plain, with no yoke. There is no pocket. Wear it with tailored trousers and loafers, or under a linen jacket. Cut to your measurements.
