THE WORK
Three phases, one ladder

Phase 1: Trainee Stylist
Six months fully immersed in THDR's operations, training alongside the expert team. Hands-on training in styling, client consultation and custom suit fitting; in-depth knowledge of the AI-driven design process that gives every client a perfect fit; and a place inside the sales team, learning how to build client relationships and read what each client needs.

Phase 2: Junior Stylist
After the initial six months you move into a Junior Stylist role: styling top-tier clients and celebrities with THDR's custom suits, honing the craft with ongoing mentorship and more responsibility, and travelling regularly to key fashion cities for pop-up events and exposure to the international scene.

Phase 3: Senior Stylist
With experience and demonstrated expertise, the opportunity to move up: leading high-profile styling sessions, representing THDR at key events, guiding the next generation of stylists in the program, and building lasting relationships with the clients who elevate the house's reputation.

We are looking for passionate, driven people with a keen eye for style, a love of menswear and the drive to succeed. The role is full-time and permanent, on site at our Sydney studio in Redfern, with one weekend day a week.
