Sydney studio. 88 Pitt Street, Redfern NSW 2016, Australia. Visits are by appointment only; we do not operate walk-in retail. Appointments are booked at thdr.co/book.
United States office. THDR Group, 48 Wall Street, 11th Floor, New York City NY 10005, United States. Correspondence only — no appointments and no retail.
Touring appointments. We hold pop-up fittings in cities in Australia and overseas. These are temporary, held at venues we do not own, and are listed with their dates on the booking page.
4. Responsibility for this website
THDR Australia Pty Ltd is responsible for the content of this website. We take reasonable care that the information here is accurate and current, but product descriptions, availability, production estimates and prices may change, and cloth is a natural material whose colour and finish vary between bolts and dye lots and from the way it photographs.
This website links to and incorporates services operated by others, including payment, buy-now-pay-later, scheduling, review and social platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information; their own terms and privacy notices apply.
5. Trade marks, designs and copyright
THEODORE, THDR, the THEODORE wordmark, and the text, photography, video, illustration, patterns, garment designs, page designs, code and the THDR Pocket Tailor and its underlying technology on this website are owned or licensed by us and protected by copyright, trade mark, design and other laws in Australia and internationally. You may view and use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use — copying, adaptation, republication, distribution, framing, scraping or commercial exploitation — requires our prior written permission. Cloth names, mill names and third-party marks appearing on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used to describe the materials we cut.
6. The documents that govern a purchase
A purchase from us is governed by the following, each of which is available in the footer of every page and at checkout:
- Terms & Conditions — use of this website and the general terms on which we supply.
- Terms of Sale — the sale terms for an order, including cancellation and withdrawal rights for consumers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
- Returns & Warranty Policy — returns, our Perfect Fit Guarantee and our limited 90-day warranty.
- Shipping Policy — production time, dispatch, delivery, risk and international duties.
- Privacy Policy — what we collect, why, and how to exercise your rights over it.
Where those documents differ, the Terms of Sale govern the sale of goods and the Terms & Conditions govern everything else. Nothing in any of them limits rights you have under a law that cannot be contracted out of.
7. Consumer rights and complaints
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and consumers elsewhere have the mandatory rights given to them by the law of their own country of residence. Nothing on this website limits either.
If something is wrong, please tell us first: email hello@thdr.co with your order number and what happened. We aim to respond within 5 to 7 business days, and most matters are resolved at that point. If we cannot resolve it between us, the escalation path is set out in our Terms of Sale, and you may also take the matter to the consumer protection body or alternative dispute resolution scheme in your own country.
8. Prices, currency and tax
Prices are set in Australian dollars and shown in the currency of the market you are shopping from, converted at the rate in force when the page loads. For orders delivered within Australia, prices include GST. For orders delivered outside Australia, prices exclude the customs duties, import taxes, brokerage and handling charges levied by the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility. 9. Governing law
This website and our dealings with you are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. If you buy as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law of your country of habitual residence, or of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of that country where the law gives you that right.
10. Reporting a problem with this website
To report a security issue, a broken or misleading page, a copyright or trade mark concern, or content you believe should not be here, email hello@thdr.co with enough detail for us to find it. We investigate every report and act where we should.
