Grey cotton jacket in a stretch cotton at 300 grams to the metre with a five-button front and a wide 0.6 cm topstitch running down the outer sleeve seam to the cuff. Five buttons and topstitching make this a work jacket in cut, and the heavy grey cotton makes it one in fact.
No chest canvas and an unpadded natural shoulder. Over a white tee, with jeans or with the archive's cotton trousers. Cut to your measurements.

Steam rather than wash, and press under a cloth. Rest it a day between wears on a shaped hanger. Dry-clean sparingly; once or twice a season is plenty.
