Blue casual jacket in a light wool and polyester cloth, 186 grams to the metre, which is shirt-jacket weight: something to put on over a tee when the evening turns, not a jacket for a meeting. The blue is a clear mid tone.
Made without a chest canvas and with an unpadded natural shoulder, so it sits on the body like a cardigan. A one-piece stand collar with no collar on top, in the manner of a band collar, and a 2.5 cm stitched hem. Cut to your measurements.

Steam rather than wash, and press under a cloth. Rest it a day between wears on a shaped hanger. Dry-clean sparingly; once or twice a season is plenty.
