Nobility's white worsted at 275 grams to the metre, cut as shorts with a single shallow pleat toward the side seam, 1.5 cm deep, and no pressed crease, so they are worn soft. Wool shorts breathe, hang and hold a colour; in white all three matter.
Front pockets slanted at 3.2 cm, a welted watch pocket on the right and a straight fly. Shorts to wear with a navy knit in the evening. Cut to your measurements.

Steam rather than wash, and press under a cloth. Rest it a day between wears on a shaped hanger. Dry-clean sparingly; once or twice a season is plenty.
