What working here looks like
The work here is tailoring. A client sits down with a stylist, chooses cloth from fabric houses in Biella or Huddersfield, and ends up with a garment cut to his own measurements. Everyone who joins us learns more about wool than they expected to.
We also travel. Our stylists run appointment only pop-ups in Australian cities and overseas, so the fitting room is often a hotel suite or a client's office rather than a shop floor.
Sydney head office is where the rest of it happens. The pace suits people who like detail and do not mind being asked hard questions about a shoulder seam.
START AS A TRAINEE. FINISH AS A SENIOR STYLIST.
Six months of paid training inside the sales team, then a Junior Stylist role with a path to Senior Stylist. Travel with the tour, work with the technology, and earn bonuses on targets. Applications are open all year.
