Dean, who thinks Savile Row needed updating
Dean is our resident stylist and his philosophy is a modern take on old styles. That means classic English tailoring: strong shoulders, fuller chests, peak lapels, all the drama of Savile Row, with less starch and considerably more swagger.
His one firm belief is that a suit should move with you rather than against you. He likes rich natural fibres, sharp details and timeless silhouettes, and he will tell you your trousers are too skinny for proper circulation. He is probably right. He discusses lapel width with the intensity most people reserve for coffee, which sounds intimidating and is not, because none of it comes with the stuffy rules attached.
If your wardrobe has drifted towards board meeting and away from Bond on holiday, he is the one to see. Do not arrive in flip flops. He will have thoughts.
Malik, who will call you
Malik is on sales and was last year's reigning Fashion Icon, an internal title he takes extremely seriously. He may also be the reason your phone rang last week.
His own style is worth the call though: Portuguese flair, a real love of classic Italian cuts, and a day to day look that is relaxed and effortless. He keeps to neutrals and deep hues and lets the accessories do the talking, which in his case means sunglasses, pocket squares, sharp shoes and something on the wrist. Ask him for styling advice.
