THEODORE visits Toronto by appointment only. The pop-up model is a simple one: a stylist comes to the city, every appointment is booked ahead, and you sit down together to design custom tailored garments in person instead of gambling on something off the rack.

An appointment is a sit-down with a stylist. You are measured in person, you go through cloth in person, and you settle the cut and the details before anything is made. The consultation is complimentary, with no additional cost attached. Because every slot is booked in advance, walk-ins are not accepted.
Two situations bring most people in. One is a wedding: grooms book for the wedding party as well as themselves, so a stylist does the measuring rather than sizes being guessed at a distance. The other is a working wardrobe, where the brief is usually a suit or two meant for regular wear rather than kept back for occasions.
