A long-sleeve polo in a grey piqué knit, 95% cotton with 5% spandex at 200 grams to the metre. The grey is a plain mid grey, lighter than charcoal and duller than silver, and the touch of spandex gives the knit a little stretch.
The collar is cut in one piece, with no separate stand, and has long 11 cm points. A short placket, 2.8 cm wide, closes on a single button and finishes in a point. The sleeves end in rounded 6 cm cuffs with one buttonhole and two buttons, so each cuff fastens at either of two widths. The hem has 4.5 cm side vents, the back is plain with no yoke, and there is no pocket. A polo to wear in place of a shirt under a jacket, or on its own with pale trousers at the weekend. Cut to your measurements.
